The Poor's Michelin / Innovative food project for the poor

The Poor's Michelin
The Poor's Michelin

Research conclusion: Undernutrition is related to poverty. It would not only lower adult’s work efficiency & incomes but also lower kid’s future socioeconomic status. Appetizing or not is main consideration for people to choose food, not price & nutrition. Therefore, our project invites the Michelin Restaurant Chefs & Dietitian to create appetizing, balanced, also affordable meals for the poor!
After that, we will provide public free recipe & hold the cooking workshop per week to teach the poor to cook project's meals. Meanwhile, we plan to cooperate with local media to produce the entertainments containing information of balanced diet.
