Tesse / Prosthetic Cover

Tesse is a fully customisable prosthetic cover (or fairing), built by the user. Making use of their own body measurements, the user would be able to create all necessary files through an app or website, and download them for local manufacturing, using 3D printers and laser cut machines. Changes and personalisation of the cover could be shared in the product's online community.

The fairing aims to provide the means to regain a healthy lifestyle and overcome the trauma of an amputation. By providing the amputee a way to personalise their prosthetic leg as they'd like, customising it and reestablishing a connection with their missing limb.
