Sustainable cooking stove / Training displaced persons

“Sustainable cooking stove” is a training program that provides displaced persons with the tools, education and training to design eco-friendly, sustainable and affordable cooking stoves, by recycling metal scraps, which they can use or sell. Secondly, we train them on how to recycle biomass waste from industrial and agricultural sectors into cooking fuel, to combat deforestation. Since 2018, the organization has directly benefited over 220 displaced persons through training and helped 45 of them find jobs. With our main aim to promote social inclusion, income from the stoves and biomass cooking fuel produced is re-invested into the project
