Garanti Bank BBVA / Office Building

The project is a campus for the technology company of Garanti BBVA Bank, located in Istanbul, Turkey. In a neighborhood of post-industrial zone under current transformation, the site was earlier home to an old factory which has been dismantled, mostly recycled. The Leed Gold certificated building has been an attempt to set a reference for the city of a serene workplace for the company's 4000 users within a chaotic environment with a holistic and multidisciplinary design approach. The project aimed through the principles of openness, transparency and extensive use of landscape to become "a place" where many social exchanges might occur.
