The design of this property sets it apart from the adjacent high-density concrete buildings. "Retracting design" and "green thinking" are the key design principles, which were used to create a natural environment in an urban context. An abundance of plants make an appealing visual statement, also circulating air and maintaining a comfortable building temperature with energy-saving efficiency. The building’s purpose is to attract people to gather as a cultural hub, serving as a setting for activities such as art, performance, exhibitions, etc.
