The Briefing Experience Authoring Tool (BEAT) is a concept that aims to re-invent briefing by integrating space, content, and customized functions. The developers set out to define and quantify these variables as the basis for a holistic briefing experience that includes the movement of people, object placement, and new technologies. The result is a seamless experience that maximizes the functional and emotional effect of a briefing. BEAT also encourages audience participation through the use of virtual demos and the creation of custom systems to act as a central command unit for interactive communication.
