Hyundai Hydrogen Station stands in the heart of Seoul, adjacent to the National Assembly Building of Korea. Most hydrogen stations in Korea are located in the suburbs for practical reasons, but they are often perceived as being dangerous. This fueling station is an attempt to change this perception and convey the message that hydrogen is our future energy, one that is safe and appealing. The station in the city stands out in the urban landscape but also blends in with the surroundings. This pure white building provides a sense of airiness and cleanliness, gleaming at night as if leading us to the promising future of a Hydrogen society.
