Hyundai’s Re:Style is a capsule collection reusing the leftover materials from an automotive seat manufacturer. To bring it to life, Hyundai teamed up with fashion brands focused on using sustainable fabrics, and produced cloths that transforms abandoned materials into new products. The project highlights the shared challenges of textile waste from automotive and fashion industries. It’s a part of Hyundai’s greater missions to reduce environmental pollution caused by automobile industry. Through the project, Re:Style engages with customers who value ethical consumption, and are sensitive to the manufacturing process behind what we wear.
