In the context of Generali’s strategic decision to transform Dialog from a niche specialist to the all-encompassing, broker-focused insurer of the Generali Group, it was clear that the brand – following a new positioning – needed a modernization and professionalization of its corporate design. The striking new visual identity enables flexible storytelling across all touchpoints whilst delivering maximum impact and differentiation. The brand communicates with the highest competence but exudes a human-centred charm that connects emotionally in an otherwise dry and bureaucratic category.
