Each year, more than 2.5 million people in the United States develop pressure injuries. These wounds bring pain, associated risk for serious infection, and increased healthcare utilization. IsoTour™ was designed using a combination of structural gel, multiple foam compositions and inflatable bladders to help reduce the risk of a patient acquiring a pressure injury while helping to reduce the effort it takes to reposition a patient. The patented gel technology and gel caps help to reduce the Tissue Interface Pressure. In addition, the unique styling of IsoTour™ is focused on highlighting the technical and clinical attributes of the product.
