Fear of Missing Out is a psychological state and it is because you are misallocating your attention. Staying at the present exercise is pretty known. There are many ways to do this exercise, such as breathing, savoring the moment. Odak is redesigned “kalimba” which is a musical instrument. Kalimba is also used for music therapy. Odak starts to work when you hold it from the left and right then scent and light sensors get activated. It wants you to focus on it, the moment. You can play it with your thumbs, and hear the therapeutic sound of it. No worries, there is no bad notes since the tuning is arranged. When you leave it, it will stop.
