This design implies that people should focus more on themselves rather than on other people’s daily lives on social media. Using an analog alarm clock is an effective way to reduce the time spent using a smartphone. This means that people can spend the beginning and end of the day without a smartphone. Reading a book or keeping a diary can also help them to relieve the relative despondency and depression they’re likely to receive from social media. Also, mood lights will aid in bettering the atmosphere.
