The Mercedes-Benz online shop for quality-checked, accident-free, fairly recent used cars attracts customers by offering a full range of services: all the processes, ranging from vehicle selection, financing and purchase to trading in your own used car are offered online and supplemented perfectly with offline telephone advice, home delivery, registration and pickup of your “old car”. This makes DaimlerChrysler the first carmaker to support the entire process involved in buying a second-hand car over the Internet. For its 2005 relaunch, the platform was adapted to the new style guide, and all processes were redesigned for enhanced transparency and user-friendliness.
