hoo / sleeping lamp design to avoid smartphone addiction

hoo
hoo

‘hoo’ is the new wireless charging sleeping lamp, for who wants to pause and slow down their sleeping disorder due to smartphone addiction. These days, many smartphone users are struggling with their addiction. According to our research, 74% of them use their phone the most before bed. And we found an insight that the start of sleep was no longer to turn off the lights but to put the smartphone down. And we tried to focus on this interaction. The phone will be charged and the light will turn off simultaneously when the user put down their phone top of the hoo. And we think this interaction will help users to pause and be offline for a minute.
