Quench / water packaging for sharing and avoid wasting

Every conference, meetings and other gatherings left behind thousands of half drink water bottles. That is millions of liters of mineral water going to the trash. Here was our thought- "How we can share this precious mineral water ?". There are 163 million Indians lacking access to safe drinking water. Quench- is a mineral water bottle that water packaged into 3 parts, so if the water is left in the bottle that part can tear apart and put it to the Quench poles from where anyone can access the clean untouched water. Because we know one might be thirsty on the other side.
