Shall We Talk? / Public Facilities Design

Shall We Talk?
Shall We Talk?

“Shall we talk” is a public facility located in densely populated areas where people use their mobile phones frequently, such as railway stations, airports and restaurants. People often spend time waiting in these places, so they habitually escape the real world and hide in their phones.

So "shall we talk" encourages people to put down their mobile phones and engage in face-to-face communication. It is based on the relationship between people, and provide the crowd with appropriate conversation topics, in order to reduce people’s communication anxiety and embarrassment, to help people communicate.
