Many people access social media and spend meaningless time in bed, lowering the quality of sleep. Blue light from smartphones causes the brain to perceive as daytime and suppress melatonin hormone, which is essential to fall asleep.
Eclipse is a bedlight that helps put smartphone aside for charging as well as help you asleep by using red light of lower frequency. It works by slowly reducing the amount of light by analog way of shadowing instead of simply changing the intensity. It reduces light until it fully closes in an hour.
