Communication between colleagues and teamwork could sometimes be constrained by spatial organization of workplaces, a factor that reduces productivity. In V-Oasis, a new social organization strategy is proposed, with automated workplace elements that create potentials for more efficient group collaborations in individuated workspace.V-Oasis uses intelligent projection systems to partition individual workspaces, providing workers great degrees of independence. These systems are motorized so that in teamwork scenarios, they could be dropped down for an immersive group interaction in both physical and virtual domains.
