TAE / Wearable Device

People today tend to feel greater loneliness and anxiety due to Social Media. Taking deep breaths is helpful according to theories in the fields of psychology. Deep breathing ensures sufficient supply of oxygen to organs, relaxing feelings of anxiety by focusing one’s attention on the simple act of breathing in and out. INEX is a wearable band with a smartphone app that induces deep breathing. The device is activated when the user spends a certain period of time or longer on designated applications. It features a lighting cycle that resembles human breathing pattern. This allows the user to mimic the pattern and breathe in a conscious manner.
