SYNC / Tool for Practicing Mindfulness


It is no surprise that the gen-z and millennials can spend hours mindlessly scrolling over the screens. Frequent use of technology as well as excessive content consumption has lowered their attention spans. They have also developed a habit of “task switching” which makes it difficult for them to focus on a single task.

SYNC is a tool for practicing mindfulness through conscious breathing. There are enough evidences that conscious breathing not only improves the ability to focus but also is a good way to reduce fatigue and anxiety.
