When the ship entering the port, the pilot will climb the pilot ladder and direct the ship. The pilot needs to know the weather and the port geographic conditions. The sunlight has an impact on the visibility, and the pilot might fall into the sea by the wind or waves. The working environment for the pilot is dangerous. We, therefore, invent two devices, one of which includes the goggle and sunglass reducing the injury if falling into the sea. The other device is the drowning rescue bracelet that will inflate if falling into the sea, and send the GPS location as well.
