There are two main points in communication for collaboration: background knowledge of the other's work and positive posture. In order to create synergy with these two, it is important to create an environment in which workers can have a talk freely and easily with others. The right time to create this kind of environment in-house is "lunch time." Eating together has been a key part of human social communication, as emotions naturally appear through the body when eating together, forming bonds in itself. So it is very suitable for creating a natural conversation condition. For these reasons, we designed solution for in-house Lunchtime.
