The interior design of this restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine draws from the ancient style of Japanese handicrafts and cultures. The main decor elements are standing wooden screens, a traditional object and craft that dates back to the Asuka Period of Japan, which showcase the spectacular scenery of Mount Fuji. The flush-mounted, inverted U-shaped table gives diners the opportunity to watch as the chef masterfully prepares their meal, even giving them the chance to directly converse with one another.
