com•wai•to / smart devices

At first, Com-wai-to Project was about helping people to slow down and escape stresses of urban environment. But in the course of work we found out the more relevant problem – people’s estrangement.
Com-wai-to consists of smart devices that stimulate people to communicate with each other while waiting for trains in Berlin Subway.

ChatterBench is a set of special armrests compatible with benches in Subway. It has a sensor, a speaker and a special software that will help people to notice each other and to start a conversation.

Question Generator is a set of devices for an interactive game to entertain people during pauses between trains.
