CURE / Autonomy in the opioid replacement therapy

Opioid replacement therapy are currently the most common method of treating opioid dependence, one of the most difficult disorders. It requires a daily dependency of the outpatient clinic and enables in this form the connection to the drug scene and the trade of methadone. Cure, a state-sponsored device, offers autonomy, a daily structure and security for a successful therapy and integration of people into society. With the help of test kits, Cure determines the intake of the last dose of methadone in saliva and the absence of parallel consumption of other drugs. The correct results unlock the device and the patient can take his daily dose.
