This project is a research study on how to use human genetic data to create a relaxing home environment that is optimized for an individual and in accordance with their genetic makeup. The genetic data of a Japanese female was analyzed to develop a prototype of the optimal bedroom for her, which was customized with materials and household appliances to suit her skin type and circadian rhythms. The home environment was displayed publically to showcase the first time a living environment had been designed by applying personal genetic data.
