According to the investigation, our brains have to receive plenty of information each day and also it is uncertain to have complete rest even though we spend lots of times on body relaxing.
But we can try to slow down and get off the information for a while by routine meditation and let our brain have sufficient rest. However, day by day, it can increase our health life quality obviously.
