Clarion NAX963HD / Interface for car navigation system

Clarion NAX963HD

Discipline: Communication

Discipline: Communication

For enhanced safety and the closest possible relationship between car and driver, Clarion has redesigned its NAX963HD Car Navigation System Interface based upon mental models of driving situations centering on the way information is processed in the brain.
A central element involves the 3D menu, with the help of which the driver can comprehend information arranged in virtual space like an object existing in the real world, enabling him or her to shift attention from the actual driving to the motions on the screen and vice versa, all quite naturally.
