Designed to reduced light and noise stress, LOTUS NICU uses architecture, lighting, informatics and AI to create an adaptive healing environment that supports personalized, humanized care for at-risk neonatal babies. Intelligent lighting and virtual windows automatically adjust to different needs, dimming during rest time, brightening for clinical rounds, and even simulating day and night cycles for the wellbeing of family members. Large touchscreens display collaborative dashboards that reduce cognitive load and make the UI more intuitive, giving doctors, nurses and parents targeted clinical data, tools, and information.
