The exhibition, entitled "Come tomorrow, I'll explain to you [that women do not exist]", quotes Lacan (French psychoanalyst) depicting how Western theories of psychology play a central role in shaping a male authoritarian space in society for women. Through the exhibition, we attempted to address critical social issues that affect us all, more particularly the struggle(s) of women in Palestinian society. The exhibition's intricate topics were the result of a shared commitment by artists to critically examine different complex realities, while providing constructive, progressive or provocative discourse through producing critical art work.
