Skills development / Engage deafblind youth

There are many forms of discrimination and stigma, often leading to lifelong exclusion for people with disabilities within their own family, community and wider society. People with disabilities face challenges in participating in decisions as their voices often remain unheard. Persons with more complex disabilities like deafblindness are still often excluded from fully participating in society. Vocational skills training can enable a person with disabilities to work and lead an independent life. Basic education & skills development are paths by which people with disabilities and their families in developing countries can escape from poverty.
