What makes the supermarket unique, and why is more than merely a self-service food shop? “Supermarket – the self-service food store” is a look both at and behind the shelves – one which is set to make shopping a true experience. The supermarket has long developed into a world of its own which can be found everywhere and in the most varied of forms. “Supermarket” is designed like an illustrated dictionary, in this way exposing the psychological strategy, the arrangement of the shelves, the order of the products and the presentation of the goods.
