VSOMO / Online Vocational Training

VSOMO is a project that facilitate provision of vocational skills through Mobile Phone Platform. Its goal is to accelerate youth employment in Tanzania by utilizing interactive e-learning technology to deliver market-demanded vocational skills. Online trainee can register, make fee payment, study, conduct assessment, and book for practical session at the nearest centers available across the country for two week practical experience. It is flexible, convenient and 60% less affordable compared to traditional way of training. Currently there are 13 vocational courses offered, 12 more are in production.
