Shelcar

Shelcar is an app-based service which provides access to cars parked around town as a temporary shelter in order to escape from a stalker. Through the app, a person being pursued by a stalker can run into a nearby car, and lock the stalker out. From this safe location, they can call police for help. Additionally, image data can be captured in drive recorders that has been proven to help solve difficult cases of stalking.
This is Shelcar service, using a car as a shelter.
