Bike sharing, known as a typical example of share economy, has been developing rapidly in recent years. However, its weaknesses still exist. In the absence of a reasonable recycling mechanism, a large number of abandoned bicycles have been and will become unmanaged waste. Based on the serious issues that may affect social order or economic development, we hereby provide a solution to turn waste into treasure and re-integrate slack resources, so as to achieve an overall coordination and sustainable development.
