Shaggie: Bags for Sharing / Bag sharing concept

Shaggie: Bags for Sharing

The emphasis on environmental protection has led to disapproval of the usage of plastic bags. Reusable bags, instead, are promoted as more sustainable alternatives for carrying groceries and other items purchased at a store. However, surveys show that most customers forget their bags on 40% of their grocery trips, and they don’t always plan on doing shopping when they leave the house. This leads to either the inconvenience of said customers, or the inundation of plastic bags. Shaggie may be the solution. Offering a reusable bag sharing service, customers can bring their groceries home with Shaggie bags, and return them after use.
