Walking like ordinary people can help them better integrate into social life. However, if they want to run faster, there are some difficulties. SCOOTER can provide users with a brand new choice. Users can easily change the single mobile way and take a faster roller-skate instead of walking. It has a special folding wheel structure at its bottom. After the wheels are ready, It allows the disabled to step on the pulley like a normal person, with the help of another healthy leg.
