RescueSquad / VR Simulation Concept


Air-sea rescue is the coordinated search and rescue (SAR). SAR involves a variety of different high-risk and potentially dangerous situations and requires well-trained rescue personnel. The training is costly because of the helicopter and the cooperation between each team member is crucial to the success of the rescue operation. Therefore, VR provides a promising solution.

RescueSquad is a VR program that simulates the helicopter air-sea rescue situation. The program is designed for the air-sea rescue team to train their cooperation and reaction under different high-stress, unpredictable, and dangerous rescue situation.
