Baby Escape Plan (BEP) is a dual-purpose escape bag that is used to rapidly rescue babies when emergencies and disasters happen in hospitals and the centers of postpartum confinement.
It can usually be folded into a flat shape and placed under the baby mat. In the event of an emergency, a newborn care specialist can use the bag to wrap the baby with a simple and quick operation. He or she can either carry the bag with a hand or sling it over the shoulder to conduct emergency evacuation.
