Over 1/3 of all food produced globally goes to waste. To build a non-waste world, “BENTO” is born. We use the Asian characteristics of "bento culture" to promote to the commuter group. Based on the concentration of convenience stores in Taiwan, we design a new sharing economic model of surplus food. “BENTO” combines digital technology and social network to help reduce food waste to achieve "Food redistribution, sharing and reuse". In addition, the organizations can use the database of big data to analyze which areas have more surplus food and what kind of food is easily wasted.
