The label, which hangs from a string over the pants, lets parents know how much water the diapers absorb. As the amount of water absorbed increases, the color of the label gradually changes from white to tawny. When the label becomes completely tawny, it means that the amount of water absorbed by the diaper has reached the maximum, which indicates that the baby need to change the diaper.
