These plates and small bowls made from hard porcelain are intended for use in restaurants and hotels. The innovation represented by Manege is the option of placing the small bowls, fitted with special grooves, on the 4 mm-raised rim around the absolutely flat plate. The plate rim keeps the small bowls in place on the plate a highly service-friendly feature. Moreover the number and position of the bowls can be changed and combined as required, for example, in the kitchen depending on the dish, or by the guests at a buffet. In this way Manege opens up completely new layout options at the table. Maneges consciously understated, functional design means the plates and bowls can be used for a great variety of dishes and cuisines, making it easier to combine and complement existing restaurant tableware.
