Minimum number of facilities. Most served users

Taiwan's existing facilities for accessible toilets can only meet the needs of some people. Because of the lack of caregivers to replace the "care bed" for clothes and diapers, the size of the care bed is large. If it is to be widely installed, it is easy to have indoor space in the city. Insufficient problems; in the suburbs, it is easy to have a low usage rate and lead to semi-disused and other disputes, resulting in the delay of the more accessible barrier-free toilets with nursing beds.
