Boasting the size and proportions of a modern BMW SAV, the Vision iNEXT cuts an authoritative figure. The vehicle instantly conveys its trailblazing character through clearly sculpted shapes and surfaces. Highly automated, emission-free and fully connected, it brings together the BMW Group’s strategic innovation fields in building a Vision Vehicle for the first time. The result is a vehicle that can be automated if desired, yet defers to the needs and wishes of its human passengers, including the desire for full driving control.

  • DATE OF LAUNCH after 2020

  • DEVELOPMENT TIME up to 12 months

  • TARGET REGIONS Asia, Europe, North America

  • TARGET GROUPS Consumer / User

A moving think tank and an intersection for several fields of mobile innovation strategies! The BMW Vison iNEXT gives a clear perspective on the possibilities for the 2021 highly automated, emission-free, and fully connected vehicle. The exterior has clearly recognizable new BMW-i brand design language transformed to sports activity vehicle (SAV) dimensions, and the interior is enhanced with intelligent material proposals and social space concept. This is beyond clever!
