With three times the heat conductivity of cast iron and a super-thick structure of carbon graphite, it is possible to decrease cooking time while recreating the flame of a professional steakhouse. Heat is transferred to ingredients from both inside and outside with five times the far-infrared effects of cast iron pots and excellent steam convection due to the high sealing effects of the elliptical shape.
