The company strives to use e-commerce to present artists and merchandise as a story. On mobile devices, YG has enhanced search functionalities to activate fan bases by offering users personalized content and merchandise based on their interests. The company also created a new menu called "PICTALK," which combines e-commerce with community, giving fans a chance to interact with performers. The feature has boosted the re-visit rate. The desktop experience has been designed to immediately gather information and offers the same content as mobile.
