Electric hammers are used for heavy-duty tasks that entail striking, crushing, and chipping concrete and similar materials. Using conventional electric hammers for such tasks poses two major problems: workers are burdened both physically and mentally by using them, and the product life is shorter than that of other power tools. To solve these problems, we used a computer aided engineering system to determine the optical impact specifications and gave our product an external shape (from the tip bit to the handle) that best facilitates the conveyance of vibration to ensure high chipping capacity and reduce vibration and noise during work, thus ensuring high operability. The exteriors are designed to give the impression of being powerful and speedy.
