The annual report discusses how to deal with the move to digital technology. It also explores topics on climate change, political crises and other important issues. For example, how does the Otto Group act sustainably? How does the company handle raw materials, technological requirements or political issues? How can the Otto Group take care of its customers and anticipate their future needs? Which values of the economy require special attention?
