Jiahu is an important archaeological site in Hunan Province dated to the New Stone Age, 7500–9000 years ago. Among them the best-preserved discoveries there was an instrument – a flute made of animal bone. The packaging design for Jiahu wine is a cultural endorsement of the Jiahu archaeological site. The designers hope to use the brand of Jiahu liquor to interest people in prehistoric Chinese culture through vivid, intuitive and artistic imagery. The main design element is the bone flute.
