Many people drowned because of lack of 'lifesaving' knowledge, especially people in poor regions, with no general education. We design only for people in poor regions using low cost to give them general education courses, collecting large quantity of recycled t-shirts that will be donate to the poor and then print on 'self-rescue' steps patterns to spread out and build a foundation for self-rescue education in poor regions.
